Return Policy:

At Derby Traditions we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, simply send it back and we will refund the product price and any associated tax. Due to our increasing and ever-changing selection of unique items for upcoming horserace’s all returns and/or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Unless an item(s) is received damaged, there is a 25% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.

Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit or exchange for the amount of the returned item. Shipping is not refunded upon the return of an online order.

Unless an item(s) is received damaged, there is a 25% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.

Return Conditions:

To receive either a return or exchange of your product, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused and/or unworn condition with the original tags, packaging, wrapping, and stickers/decals attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty, opened, or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.

Items not available to be returned:

Any product deemed not in original new, unused, or unopened condition | Customized or personalized items | Clearance and Outlet items | Pierced earrings | Undergarments | Due to our ever changing selection of products any item exceeding our 30 (thirty) day exchange/return policy cannot be returned

Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to make note of when and how you returned your item(s) and any associated tracking number(s).
